Porto de Galinhas is a lively beach town located 80 km south of Recife, with natural swimming pools on low tide and 2-meter waves good for surfing on high tide. Taking underwater photos with a compact camera using available light at a depth of 33 meters and visibility under 15 meters was a very difficult task. We dived two ship wrecks with Michel Russi of Aicá Diving.
