I dived in Dominica in October 2005. Other than diving, spotting pilot whales is a big attraction in Dominica. The dive site known as Champagne is a must, where one can see volcanic underwater hot springs with bubbles and heat coming from a 10,000-year-old volcano. Visibility was 25 meters and water temperature was 30°C on all dives, which were very interesting and above the average for the Caribbean.
